it always kills me when people answer questions like this.mainly because theres absolutely no way in hell they can know for certain.sure they can guess but,who among us was actually there?things like this are like faith.just accept it because it is.don't lay claim to know everything.
wouldn't it make sense though,that as adam and eve were cast out of eden that,they would have to devise a way of cutting?
seems to me you've asked a question that can never be answered.at least not without uncertainty.great question!

It was Robert Cutler that invented the table setting we are now so very used too seeing. You know... knife, fork, and spoon. This momentus event happened on the third of November in 1473 at his home in York.
