Try Target. Honestly I've found some of the cutest bras there.

Legg's,Hanes,and Bali! Got there and get a padded bra. I wish I were like you. I have having boobs whatsoever. I wish I was flat as a pancake. There's nothing but trouble, and the get in the way (not really...but when you run, they make you look retarted,lol!)

After that, try target, wal-mart, or k-mart. You can also watch of sales at other stores, or check their clearance racks.
