United Sound Studio was the first major studio in Detroit.

Hitsville is probably the most famous. It was Motown's exclusive studio where The Temptations, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye and many more were recorded.

Well the "Motown Historical Museum" in Detroit houses some of the music studios used by artists like the Jackson 5, Diana Ross & The Supremes, Stevie Wonder etc.
