I get loads and find prevention is better than cure the less sugar i eat in my diet the less spots i get, but try toothpaste or perfume/aftershave they seem to do the job for me

The fastest way to remove spots is to cut them out with a sharp knife! Second best would be to overpaint them with a good enamel paint. Your third choice could be to cover them with a sticker!
