I'd like to do something romantic for my wife and she is in school til noon and I go to work at 2:30pm so dinners and such are out of the question. We also have a 5 month old and an 18 month old we'd have to include.

I used to take my infant daughter on dates as I was a single dad. I suggest lunch somewhere and take the kids; try to have them after a nap though. Good luck and hang in there.

AHHHHHH!! You are so sweet!
Dim the lights or darken a room any room will do..put the kids down for a nap if you can and pretend its night..When you have small kids and are busy like you are you have to do allot of compromising and pretending. I know that by the time night time comes everyone is way to tired to do much romanticizing so day time dates will have to do. Pick something up at a restaurant or deli or whatever so there's no time waisted on cooking(who wants to anyway) and light a few candles , open a beer or wine , use good glasses and make sure you smell really good(this will help her feel more romantic towards you). Tell her how beautiful she is and how much you love her..and I'm sure you know the rest.. It takes some arranging with the kids schedules and yours but a bit of effort and it will pay off...
Good Luck

Not asking for much are ya? Just kidding! That's very sweet of you to want to do! How about a candle lit finger food lunch? A little sparkling wine, a little cheese, some popcorn chicken, and some layed back music. Then top it off with a nice dessert and a little massage before you go to work. She will love ya forever!
