it really depends on your hair type. different shampoos have different effects on different hair types. try garnier for awhile though to see if it works for you. you will be able to judge for yourself if your hair looks and feels better after using it. you will know in about 2-3weeks of using it. then if it works for you, then good for you. if it doesn't... well... happy hunting! look for another brand. i've also noticed that using the same brand for a long time decreases the positive effects of a product. so try switching products from time to time.

I've tried Garnier Fructice before, and frankly I don't think it works any better than Suave or anything like that. Suave is my favorite. It's cheaper and it actually works, plus it smells really good!!

I started using their Sleek & Shine shampoo last year, I haven't used anything else! I use all Garnier Fructis products and love what they do for my thick dry hair! YAY ME

I hated it! I have thick, wavy hair and it made my hair so knotty. I could hardly get a comb through it. It depends on what type of hair you have. I have friends with fine hair who said they loved it.

yes i have curly thick hair and it gets the knots out and makes it soft

I personally think Pantene Pro-V is better. Fot me it worked MUCH better... and it smells AWSOME!
