There are. Mostly found in theatrical stores. A line to try is JOE BLASCO. Typically, cream/cream based shadow is longer-wearing because of the oils making the pigment adhering to the skin. Look at MAC Eye Paints. They are blendable, and come in plenty of shades. Best of all, they are water-resistant.

In some specialty make-up stores, you may find a clear additive that makes eye color water-resistant. I've been using them for years when I do bridal make up.

Good luck!

Marykay has an eye primer that makes your eyeshadow waterproof, and they also have a cream eyeshadow called eyesicles that is waterproof and any eyeshadow you put over the top is waterproof, too.

Clinique has a waterproof creme eyeshadow, but they cost much more than Mary Kay.

umm there are alot of eye shadows that are water-resistant yet dont say it. they're specifically the costly ones nonetheless. you are able to bypass to a shop named sephora or you are able to as properly bypass to mac. be sure you utilize cream eye shadow. thats the only sort that eill survive. powder will only sweat off in approximately 5 minutes!!. or in case you come to a determination to apply powder eye shadow, be sure you persist with a layer of creme eye shadow first and then astounding it of with a powdered eye shadow. (believe i be attentive to, i paintings at a makeup shop and my godmother is a professsional artist)

I doubt it. If there was, it would either hurt when it gets in your eye, or be made of something disgusting.
