Has he looked into what the local municipalities or the city want in minimum qualifications to become a cop? He should really look into it now to make sure that if it involves college to place his applications in before the application deadline. Also, some of the community colleges around me offer a police academy. However, there is one thing to remember is that not every student has the inclination or desire to attend college. If he does not have the inclination or desire, it will be hard to convince him otherwise. I do wish I had better news regarding convincing him about going to college. Good luck!

From my experience & that of my friends, many relationships have a tendency to fail whilst one person is going to varsity and the different would not. One person is going off and has new reviews, meets new human beings and grows in new techniques, even as the different one resides fantastically a lot the comparable existence as till now. it sort of feels like the 1st time they connect up lower back, they're too diverse. yet there are consistently a thank you to make it artwork. the two human beings genuinely need to could make it artwork, although, because of the fact it is not ordinary artwork and calls for a great sort of verbal replace. And there'll be a great sort of circumstances in college the place you would be able to experience "held lower back" by utilising having a bf -- that is as much as you to settle on if that is worth making some sacrifices to maintain that alive. easily, the actuality which you're asking this question tells me which you're having some doubts. do no longer low value those. perchance attempt out the long distance component for a series term after which sit down and think lower back/communicate it after that era to be certain in case you the two decide directly to maintain going? besides, I wish you success! that is definitely conceivable for this to artwork, although that is going to take some attempt from the two one in each and every of you. no count number what you finally end up doing, i'm hoping you have a chuffed and delightful first 12 months in school!

tell him that what if his cop carrer goes down? wht does he have after that? to go to the military and get shot up? and tell him thats not what you want for him. tell him that you are only trying to let him live the best of himself. tell him that he should be looking forwards to his life ahead. how he is really going to support his future family. you cant normally do that without a collage degree. tell him that you want more from him than to be working at mcdonalds.(no offence to you guys who work at mcdonalds) tell him that you love him and if he really loves you back fully that he shouldnt be so hard on those subjects and that he should be open withanything with you. you guys are in a relationship here. its all about getting to know eachother and strengthen eachother. try and leave him better thand he was before you met him. thats what true lovers do. but anyway umm thanks for your answere it was the best one to me. and hey goodluck w/ your boyfriend. u ever need to talk. im a freshmen but i know alot. i have been through alot. my email is fallbrook08@adelphia.net or fallbrook08@yahoo.com

Let him set his own goals. If you push him into college and he hates it, he will blame you. He knows what he wants, college is not for some people and some people want to wait a little while until they know "why" they are going to college. Just support him and his decisions 100% and all will fall into place......You will see.
