And this is sincere - knowing that something I have said to someone has helped him over a hard spot or helped him to calm down if upset or anxious. That is my favourite thing: knowing that I have been able to find the right thing to tell him at his time of need that got in there and actually helped him get back on track and calm down and begin to believe in himself once again. - C.
