According to Fergie herself, the song refers to a sex act whereby two women and two men form a bridge-like shape during intercourse.
Fergie describes the song as being "kind of like a punch in the face to let people know I'm coming out.. I've been getting way too into myself nowadays and I just wanna have fun with as many men as I can possible."

well, i assume it refers to that nostalgic childhood rhyme about london bridge falling down. *sniff. so long ago*
apparently, the children's rhymes are big now (ex. chain hang low-- jibbs)
anyway, she asks "how come every time u come 'round, my london london bridge wanna go down?''
so she's talking about...
oh god, i don't know. who can fathom the minds of stars, singers, celebs, etc.

I think the video of the pussycat dolls is hot. But both songs suck. But if I had to choose it would be London bridge that sucks the most.
