1st of all make sure your breath is straight, nothing can end a conversation faster than tart breath...then get off the computer and get out more.

It's often a matter of confidence. This question indicates you're spending a lot of time worrying about what others think of you, and that usually hampers your ability to make friends. Just talk to people, and don't worry too much about what they think. For instance, I'm talking to you now. You could give me 'best answer' or e-mail me on the subject (it's nice when people acknowledge you like that), but it's okay if you don't. People respond to you better when they don't feel like you need them to.

Does anyone else know you are a nice person or are you keeping it a secret. Do you do kind things for people? Speak to people, open doors for ladies, say excuse me when you burp or pass gas. Do you dress funny?

sometimes i wonder if my friends are really my friends. and there are some days that i dont have friends either., dont worry sweetie your not alone, go out and meet some people be friendly and nice and not so shy. and choose your friends wisely because some of them can bring you down and do bad things. you probably do have friends you just dont keep in touch with them. and always remember your FAMILY is your TRUE FRIENDS. they will always be there for you.

being a nice person does not make you a social person that takes practice and social people usually have more friends than nice people who don't socialize. good luck and enjoy

do you partiicipate in activities where you might meet people with like interests, or are you available to be a friend in return, have you any past mistakes or reputation still looming over you.....just reflect on how you present yourself, try talking one on one, and work up to group settings...

It is easy to find someone to hang-out with but it is very difficult to find a true friend. The most you are going to find, is people that want to use you. Remember that.

Maybe you're shy. Try talking to and smiling at more people.
