Can you begin pregnancy symptoms as little as a week after conception?

I had my period, it was a bad one because I had used an emergency contraceptive about 1 1/2 weeks prior. Exactly a week after my period ended (and in which I did have sex) my breasts are so very tender. My breasts never feel this way, not even before a period. The last time they were this tender was when I was in fact pregnant with my son. However, I was further along. As of today, it's only been 10 days since my period ended!

I'M DEAD SERIOUS! A WEEK AFTER NOT EVEN, MY NIPPLES WERE SORE SO THAT'S HOW I KNEW CUZ BEFORE OR DURING I NEVER HAVE SORE NIPPLES! BUT YEAH A FEW DAYS AFTER I OVULATED I GOT SORE NIPPLES SO I KNEW EVEN BEFORE A POSITIVE SHOWED ON A PREGNANCY TEST! THAT'S COOL HUH! YEP SO I'M PREGNANT NOW AND DUE IN JULY OF 2007 GOOD LUCK HUN!

No, thats to soon. Symptoms usually begin at 4-6 wks. Every pregnancy is different though. Breast tenderness and fatigue are usually the first to appear. Also, of course, the missed period. Good Luck ")

Nope it takes the body about two weeks to show any signs of pregnancy. In the first week the egg and sperm our stil forming together and attaching itself. Unless u were pregnant from a prior experience

if u have unprotected sex one week after ur period, that means you are really fertile on that day. base on my readings and experience, 1-9 days including your first day period is safe to have sex if u dont want to get pregnant. and basically abstain for almost 2 weeks if your cycle is irregular. the safest time to have sex is within 9 days of ur menstruation.since u dont know when ur ovulation is, much better to use condom.
if during the time you have unprotected sex and u are ovulating, then its possible that you`re pregnant. theoritically, if it is conceived 7-12 adys after conception, the zygote is implanted in the uterus which then gives unusual changes. but for you to be sure if you`re really pregnant, have a test one week after ur expected day of next menstruation bec during that time hormone levels start to rise which is detedted in preg test/.
