I would use this stuff called Butt Paste. I have eczema really bad and my dr. told me to use that on my body. In reality it is made for diaper rash on babies. If it can be used on little baby private parts and it treats eczema then it should be great for your problem. You can find it anywhere you can find diaper rash cream. Good luck!!!

See your doctor, and ask them what they would recommend, as the skin near the vagina is very delicate, and some creams can aggrevate the skin, causing more distress.
I know Kenacomb cream/kenacomb ointment could be helpful, but you need a script from the doctor. Need to use spearingly, as it is a small tube of about 15g. I think it does come in a bigger tubes.
The other thing to do is wear cotten knickers, (avoid synthetic under wear), also don't wear tight or restricting clothes, e.g jeans.
Good luck

Being such delicate area you should ask a doctor that knows about that very well, don't be embarrassed and make and appointment.

Ouch.. you poor thing!
I really think you should go see your doctor. I wouldn't recommend experimenting with various lotions in the vaginal area.

try something that does not contain alchohol. or try diaper rash cream. its sapossed to be used in that area and its super tough. my mom buys it for my little sister but i use it on my face! its amazing how fast it heals cuts or gets rid of red spots.
maybe u should look into ur diet since that can sometimes cuase rashes.

I would try the brand Vitamin D lotion. It works well against skin infections.

That may be a question best suited for your doctor or gyno. Sorry, can't be of any help.
