We use it every day to support our clients. Instead of driving half an hour (while they wait) we can remote in and fix the problem right from our office. It's a godsend.

I've seen ISPs use it and my company uses it all the time. It works great because both you and the support person can see the exact same thing. It makes it easier to explain something when you're not tech savvy.
