i got this really cheapo one at a birthday party, and it's all dried up and almost empty (and I only got it 2 weeks ago)

Ick.
When it comes to make up, always spring for the better quality. It lasts longer, and usually you end up using less.
Now, let people say what they will, but I have found that Almay's Waterproof Thickening mascara is THE BEST if you dont feel like making the trip down to your department store and buying the 20 dollar tube.
I hardly have lashes, and I look like I have fake ones after I use this stuff.
I'm in love with it.

A really good mascara Great Lash by maybelline. I used to use the higher end brands like MAC etc etc, but that mascara with the pink tube and the green top...works wonders, and it will allow you to achieve the look you want..im sure.

SuperFull Mascara, it gives you up to 5x the lash fullness with less clumping than Maybelline's Volume Express. THey come in Black, Brown, Brown Black, and Navy. Here is the website where you can check it out at.

Honestly, the BEST mascara in the world is Cover Girl Lash Exact. It doesn't clump AT ALL! And it is really cheap, not a designerish type brand (if you know what I mean)...only like $7.00 at walmart/kmart type places. VERY POPULAR! It just like lengthens, volumizes, and separates eyelashes in a very pretty way.

Hello, I have MABELLINE XXL volume + length. I got it last summer and i can still use it. And it hasn't even dried up yet! It's also Waterproof so you can go swimming and everything with it on. I think you would really like it. Ok hope you like.

I use ScandaLash in the color of BlackLash by Mark (a sub divsion of Avon) it's only 5 bucks, but if you want a more dramatic look, try there Comb Out (a little comb is the applicator) in the color "Raven" this one is 6 bucks :)
They have other colors if you don't want black

bad gal by Benefit is great. it gives maximum volume esp. for ppl who have already thick long eyelashes. it will make it look fake. its amazing. but the only disadvantage is that the wand is sooooo big it is hard to coat the bottom cuz it smudges for me. its $25 in canadian and around $19 in u.s. but if your looking for something cheaper i think maybelline lash stylst is god too. the brush makes it easy to apply. around 7 bucks.
