Those who focus on the horrible loss they've experienced, will say disagree. Those who remember all the wonderful feelings of falling in love will say agree...

I must agree!

I would have to say disagree - just remember, while love can be the most wonderful thing in the entire world, losing that loved one can be the worst pain in the world too - sometimes painful enough to make a person give up living themselves. Just remember another old saying, and keep it in mind:

Ignorance is Bliss..........

I don't think it's songs, sounds more like a little Emily Dickenson poetry. I think you're about to how do you love thee counting. If you have never loved at all then you don't know what it is to have lost it, and if you loved and lost it, you don't remember what it's like before you had it and lost it because you're in an obsessive lovestruck state for so long, what's life without it?

Agree. As Melissa O'neil (last year's, canadian idol) would sing it in her song Alive, "at least i would know what it's like to feel alive". and this quote i read somewhere, "a life without love is like a tree without fruit".

i agree : It is better to have loved and lost than to have not loved at all, because atleast you know what it feels like. you may get your heart broken but you'll always get past it. you may even fall in love again.

yes, I totally agree... and I still let the pain remain in me, cause it's the only way to be with him again.
