For ages 18-40. Is it okay to put that combination together. I hardly see that look. Does it look funny and is it not faschionable. If i wear any type of leggings (stockings, thigh highs, pantyhose) with any shoes that show my toe is that not good looking?

Just don't let the seam at your toes show.
Otherwise who cares? Wear what you want.

Make sure that they are seamless tights. To pull the look off it should be a dark color (navy, black, dark brown, or charcoal). It should be with a playfull belted tunic, patterned dress, or a plaid jumper with a shirt layered underneath it. A good rule of thumb is to be comfortable with whatever you wear. If you are you will appear more confident and people will buy into the style you have choosen.

I am going to tell you the truth! no! no! no! not unless you are punked out or goth look! you should never wear stocking, knee highs, leggings with open toe shoes. PLEASE don't do that! Not fashionable

I would suggest against wearing open-toed shoes with stockings.
But, it's winter, so you should be wearing closed toed shoes by now anyways.
And, stockings/pantyhose are reccommended for closed toed shoes.

IMy opinion, I would never wear open toe with any type of stockings.

I think it's a little tacky to have the nylon showing over your toenails. It looks a little old-ladyish. I wouldn't...
