You need to select the areas you want to paint with the magic wand tool, freehand selection tool. since the picture has open seams due to sketch lines you may have better luck with the free hand tool. After the selection is made chose the paint brush tool or the fill tool and choose the base color you want. You can then go select areas and use the paint brush tool to add the shading color(s), highlight color(s) and can blend by using smudge.
Corel is more for photographs if you would have had photoshop or illustrator you ciould do so much more to make the artwork really POP!!!

you will probably hace to print it out and then paint it
