Not enough info. Do you mean "How do I restart into OS 9 if I have started into OS X?" ? If so, you should click on the Apple icon at the top left, choose "System Preferences" and then click on "Startup Disk". Give it a few seconds to find all the startup folders. Then click on the one you wish to use for the next startup, such as "Mac OS 9".
