Here's what they have in common:
1. Cell membrane is present.
2. Vacuoles are present.
3. Both are living cells.
4. Mitochondria is present.
5. Both are eukaryotic cells.
6. Nucleus, nuclear membrane and chromatin fibers are present.
7. Both can reproduce through mitosis. (Advanced animal cells reproduce through meiosis)
PS : Don't take note of those who talk of the absence of mitochondria in plants. It's present. Only chloroplast is absent in animal cell.

plant cells and animal cells have a lot in common like most organelles. the differences are that plant cells have a cell wall, chloroplasts, middle lamella, produce oxygen, and have a central vacuole which takes up about 90% of the cell's surface. Animal cells dont have that. But apart from those organelles, animal cells and plant cells have the same organelles.

Be careful with your grammar. You should write, "What do animal cells and plant cells have in common?" Your teachers will be more impressed with you if you keep your sentences grammatically correct.
