All I know is in the music video the singer is wearing a brite colored headband and I think they are in front of a green screen. The singer sings in falsetto during the chorus and it goes oh....oh...oh..oh oh oh.

Was this an older song ? I am thinking it was from a movie called The Breakfast club , I believe but am not sure the group singing was The Simple Minds? I may be way off course here but thought I would give it a try.
