The water in my brand new toilet bowl (new tank also), does not come up to the level at which the bowl has a drastic angle change. My plumber said it was ok, that that is how it is with the new models. Will it affect the flashing ability? Will it be able to flash the "bigger, gigantic, contributions" my husband makes to the bowl? With the old toilet they would stay for days, we had to brake it down with a stick.

It's true, most of the new toilets have a lower water level than the ones they've replaced. The "trap" in the bowl of most toilets is visible by viewing the outside of the toilet bowl from the side, just below the tank. The static water level in the bowl will not be any higher than the lowest point of the upper "curve" visible in the vitreous china.

My recommedation would be to buy a Kohler "Cimmaron". I put one in my house and it will flush a Thanksgiving Turkey ! They accomplished this power flush by using a 3" flapper in the tank. When flushed, it's a "powerflush" equal to a commercial toilet, in a standard tank/bowl style toilet.

you have nothing to worry about.Your flushing capacity for the big jobs will not be deminished. You only need to investigate if you have no water in the pan (bowl) at all, or if you get a really bad smell coming from pipes,up through the pan. this would indicate a block or partial block, and to fix it all you need to do is jamb an old mop into the pan and use it as a plunger(that is what most plumbers use).
happy crapping!

The new toilets have a lower bowl level to save water. Youor plumber's correct, it will be fine.

Your plumber is correct. They are the newer versions of toilets.

I personally don't like them because it is harder to clean. I usually flush twice because of this.

P.S. Never dump your cat litter in a toiilet bowl. Sorry you got an answer like that.
