We trust eachother and kept eachothers secrects for years. She told me not to tell anyone. She keeps getting stressed what should I tell her.

Tell an adult, counselor, teacher, parent. Break the trust, its time. Suicide is no joke.

She told you because she needed to tell someone, this is often seen as a subconcious method of asking for help.

You may be able to hold off on the decision until one of the following becomes true:
1) She suddenly is fine (This suggests that a big weight has come of her shoulders - normally caused by making the decision to suicide)
2) She has a plan

Your friend is trying to tell you that she needs some help. People that really want to commit suicide usually do. People that want help tell people they want to commit suicide so they get some help.

it is something to take very serious tell them that they will end up in a nut home like i did once so tell her to go get help fast suicide is no joke . hope she goes and gets help fast

tell her not to that u love her and others love her if she keeps saying it tell some one u dont want to betray her trust but imagine if she killed herself

Tell her how much you would miss her if she did that helper to realize that is not the answer to kill her self.
