I'm new around there and I wanna know how I can form a little relationship between me and them, especially the guys. I'm not that good at making friends. Please help!!!
Okay listen-we just work and whenever we pass by each we always give each other weird looks like "You're the new freak around here." or something like that, I want them to get to know me for how I talk cus I am a cool person to hang out with but you just gotta know me first you know?
Plus-I don't work in an office, I work at Cold Stone and I'm only 16-first job. The people I work with are around that age-teenagers, so yeah.

Start by telling people "Hello" when you see them. Then if you are in a somewhat social setting (say in the lunchroom) ask how they are doing. If you ask about people, it helps you learn more about them and then you find out if you have anything in common.

Don't be an asshole,an *** kisser, a know it all, a back stabber or a rumor spreader. Don't leave your co workers high and dry by calling in a lot and do a good job. Treat your co workers like you like to be treated and you should be OK.
