ok so i kno alot of uandthousands more over the world have myspaceand stufff but i dont see watz really wrong with it i have 266 friends and i kno every single one and nothing has happend 2 me yet! and like ye im12 but then again *** far as anyone knows i live in bute montana which is soooo not true i just luvv the stae any ways like my mom dosnt like me 2 go on it butimlike addicted and hooked and i ant get off of it wat do i do?

well, reallynothing should happen to u, unless ur stupid enough to talk to ppl u dont know and tel them ur info, like ur address or somth, the sotires u hear are just stories about STUPID people who don't even think. i mean why would u go meet a stranger?

The problem with myspace is many kids and teens post their locations or schools. They can find their friends, but then anyone from anywhere can search their school or town and find you. A 45 year old guy can send you messages, make himself sound 20 or so, and convince you to meet him. WHen he gets you, I can only image what could happen. That's what scares me, a mom and a big sister to a 12 year old, about Myspace. Don't post pictures, and be as basic as possible in your blogs. Talk to your mom and maybe she will allow you to be on it when she can monitor your activity. It's not fun, but it lets her know you're safe. Have her add herself as a friend so she can check up on you.

how can you be hooked? its not safe to go on because once you go on, people dont jut get you htta second! they wait for the moment till they think they have your trust. so they say something or get to know you more as a "friend" and thats those bad peoples way of getting ready to strike!! I would suggest to get off and do something more safe! find a game that is addicting instead. there are many things out there that isnt myspace!

gurl I have a myspace and I'm 14 and there is nothing wrong with it. the people who say there is somethin wrong wit it dont have one. I know everyone of my friends to and its set private. I'm addicted to, Tom is my new best friend lol (not really but...)

stuff only happens to stupid people who have like were they live and personal stuff on their myspace and if you wanna get unaddicted, not sure if that's a word, but just delete your account and do other stuff, like go outside and hang out with friends
