A Mint, COA, Babe Ruth Autograph will fetch between $5k and $8k dollars.
Mickey Mantle, Ted Williams, Lou Gehrig and Joe DiMaggio: $500-$800.
An autographed Buck O'Neil bat is on eBay with an asking bid of $10,000 (no bids).

It also depends on what the autograph is on. An autographed Harridge baseball signed by Satchel Paige and Josh Gibson, the greatest pitcher and hitter, respectively, in ***** League history, sold for $36,300. Ty Cobb's autographed 1928 Philadelphia Athletics home jersey sold for $236,500. It was the jersey Cobb gave to comedian Joe E. Brown.

For baseball or signatures overall?

For baseball, one would say Loudermilk (I cannot remember his first name), only because he has a T-206 error card.

Overall, Button Gwinnith, a signer of the Declaration, as that is his only known signature.
