Some of these answers only highlight the point I'm trying to make. Some of you must be deaf, dumb, and/or blind.

sapace monkey: Perhaps you have missed the leader of Hezbollah, Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah, chanting "Death to America" in front of 300,000 muslims enthusiastically responding the same!

Eric B: The more stories I read like that, YES, I do believe I understand the threat of Islamic Fascism better than most of our elected officials!

I just read an interesting piece on the Drudge Report about Speaker Pelosi's plans. She wants to block all Democrat Hawks from leadership positions on key committees. From a manangerial standpoint she's making a big mistake. Especially appointing felon judge to the house intel commitee. I doubt if a Democrat polotical knows the difference between a shite nor sunnis.

I can't agree with you more... and more so, I wonder how much the current administration understands, congress... and the average voter...

I keep hearing vague ideas about "terrorists" and "Islamafacists"... but no one seems to know where they are or who they are... there is no group called "the terrorists"...

I want discussions on REAL targets... REAL terrorist leaders... and for those people to be killed... yet everyone seems to just shrug when I ask for it... and how can we win, when we don't really know who we are fighting...

not vague ideas about killing someone that's just trying to start a civil war in Iraq that doesn't really care about Americans on the whole at all...

i bet you know better than the experts.

Son: if you knew what facism is you would know that Its propogation in democratic socities is almost always due to fear propoganda. As the Nazi Reich Marshel once said:

“Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.”

The mouslems arn't fascist, the patriot acts are fascist, tourture is fascist and the republicans are fascist

We should not be concerned at all our government is doing an excellent job with the terrorists and to answer your comment about not knowing the difference between Sunni's and Shiites it is because they are all savages and there is no difference.

I am not alarmed by your news. We will defeat the enemy with guns and bombs! It isn't really possible to understand the lunatic fringe.

Politicians do not understand anything but stealing money and keeping themselves in office to avoid real work. Voting only continues this tradition.

terrorists aren't bent on our destruction. they are bent on us leaving there country.
1982, shi' te muslims bombed us barraks in lebbanon.
1984 the us left. Hezbollah has stated they don't want westerners in lebanon and they don't want isreal to exist. that is bold as hell, but it doesn't mention destruction of america. do you think the hezbolla would be affraid to admit they wanted to destroy america? they never said that, becasue they don't. they bombed our barraks becasue we were in there country. when we left they did not follow.
ans secondly just becasue one is shi' te or sunni does not make them a terrorist. in the quran it specifcaly says not to kill women and children. terrorism on civilians is stricyly agaibst there religion. how ever killing and occupying force is not.
if you really believe shi' te are bad. then you'd better hate bush for putting them in power over in iraq. and if you think all sunni are terrorist well then be prepared to kill 90% of the middle east.
