I think it's about time Nashville, and the country music industry recognized George. I am glad he is finally being given his due credit. Woo-Hoo!! Way to go George!!!

I think that after 25 years in the business, he deserves it. But, there are plenty of older country artists who are not in the Hall of Fame yet, that need to be inducted. They need to induct some of the older artists while they are still alive to accept the honor.

Who cares. The Grand Ole Opry, only like all different song corridor of popularity, is over rated. Rascal Flatts is in, Hank Williams Sr is out. See something incorrect. they're only like the RNR corridor of popularity. Madonna's in, Steve Miller is out.

GREAT! Our local celebrity is also a very nice guy who gives a lot of help to his neighbors in need. Unlike so many other celebs, with George, you get exactly what you see.
