I need responce as soon as possible because I need to sign in tonight if am going to be thinking on taking the act. Thanks in advance.

The ACT is not "easier" because scores are still distributed and evaluated based on percentiles (usually adjusted yearly) -- the only way it could be "easier" is if less talented people took it but it was still given equal weight with the SAT. Since this obviously isn't the case you should take both and if you bomb one, submit only your score for the test you do well on. The tests -are- different and some do better on one than the other. So take the ACT and see how you do.

Personally, I did find the ACT easier to take, and there's certainly no harm in trying. Just keep in mind you'll still have to do some preparation for it. Get a book or some practice tests and start looking it over. Even just a little bit every other day or so and you'll be able to take it with a lot more confidence of getting the kind of score you need.

It will not hurt to take the ACT as well as the SAT and send them the best result, if they accept either test for admission requirements.
