I don't mean from people, like friends or family, but from stores or buisnesses, you get a kind of high or rush from it, is that kleptomania?

Kleptomaniacs do not "like" to steal--it is an irresistable compulsion that they cannot control. Very often it makes them completely miserable and guilt-ridden.

Someone who likes to steal is simply amoral.

No Kelptomaniaics take from everyone not just stores and businesses...It means that they get a rush and take from whoever is there to take from. If your just stealing from stores then you can control the urge to take from friends and family. You probably like the sensation of not getting caught..becareful what you wish for.

If you're a kleptomaniac you can't control your stealing. It's not a matter of like or dislike. This person would benefit from therapy.
