Marriage is sanctioned between a man and a woman. Some states are now accepting same sex marriages. I suspect you know that if you live in this country (America) and have access to any news media at all.
The Bible defines marriage as a holy emulation of Christ and his bride, the church. In marriage the man and woman are asked to give themselves freely to one another and not deny the spouse sexually except to fast for a time. They are urged to do this with permission of the other spouse and to rejoin quickly after the fasting is over. The body belongs to the partner. Read Ephesians, chapter 4. Also, in marriage, the bed is undefiled. Meaning that between the two joined in marriage whatever is acceptable to them is not perverse.
I hope this helped your curiosity.

Most states define marriage as between a man and a woman.Marriage has to do with fertilizing the earth with babies. Even thought adoption is a possibility and sex is fun to have..marriage is to build families, nations..you can"t make a baby with two locks or two keys...the key must go into the lock!!! I mean most people think there is wromg with a heterosexulal marriage if the woman isn't popping out a kid by the second or third year.

It is the committed relationship within which sex is a moral good. No, people of both genders can marry the one they love, as long as the one they love is the opposite gender. No other arrangement constitutes marriage before God.

Sex plays a huge role b/c that's where the intimacy comes into play and cuddlin', kissin', the ups and downs all come together to form what we know as a relationship.... take it or leave it... if the sex is good than you want to share your life with that person and if it's bad then you feel like there's nothing holding you there... plus you have to be friends first and communicate...if you want to stay with that person.....

Marriage is a promise to another of your faithfulness and willingness to spend the rest of your life with them. The promise does not include sex. I find it amazing that athiests get married - it is a religious ceremony.

Marriage has absolutely nothing to do with sex. We were designed to reproduce, but marriage is a human-created law, not a natural one.

unless you are in Canada, Netherlands, or Spain (any more?) yes, I think so. At least, to have marriage recognized by civil authorities! If you are in US, you could get some clergy to marry boy/boy or girl/girl, but will be symbolic, not legal.
