I sure do believe in it. I am now living with and engaged to my soul mate, my one true love. We are soooooooooooo much alike, very little not in common which makes the relationship very interesting, both believe in the same things, both like to do many of the same things.

I was married to a jerk for 17 years, dated him for 3. We were total opposites, fought all the time, etc. It was NOT a match made in heaven by any means. I learned a lot from that long relationship. Believe me, I tried for the whole time to make it work. The last straw (after his many affairs) was him making moves on my boss' sis in law, him getting back on drugs, womanizing to no end, etc. I had had enough and left him emotionally and mentally before leaving physically. I haven't looked back since.

I finally found someone that is so much like me, that believes in the same things I do, and neither of us believes in fighting verbally or otherwise unless absolutely necessary. Instead, we believe in talking things out, no matter what they are about. I believe that if you can have this kind of a relationship, then you are with the one that you should have been with all along, your one true love, your soul mate.

yes, I do believe in true love. I have experienced it for myself. Also I believe that the Bible gives us a wonderful example in: First Corinthians - Chapter 13:4-8

4. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
5. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
6. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
7. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
8. Love never fails.

I feel any expression of love is true.
If you are implying romantic true love, I would think that the truest love can be found when both people are truthful. However no human can be completely honest.
Therefore, yes I believe there is true love.
Not always is there truth in love, but true love.
Sorry, gotta go no-I'm confusing myself.

I do know a few couples who are truly in love, but as I said it is hard to find because everyone has an agenda
