good. Please give me your best tips on how to look like you have lost weight.

First I wear something that FITS. Not something too big or too small.

Because I have weight around my middle, I wear structured jackets that are fitted to really make my waist look alot smaller. I'll wear darker colors, and a great dark wash jean and black pointy toed shoes to help lengthen my body.

If I still dont feel thin enough or im wearing something slinky, I'll slap one a body slimmer. They can get a litte pricey, but its worth it.

First of all, take a deep breath and feel confident. You will look your best if you feel your best. Drink lots of water every day. Bottle after bottle. Walk as much as possible and as quickly as possible. Eat less in each serving but more servings per day. Avoid salts and sugars. Avoid white processed flour products like white bread and pasta. Eat whole grains. Next..on the big day. Wear an outfit that is comfortable and makes you feel good. Black is slenderizing. No horizontal stripes on the lower half of your body. Stand tall. Smile. Good luck. Isn't family tough?

You could wear a body-shaper underneath your shirt/blouse. Also stripes and things like that make your shape look slimmer. Don't wear white, wear darker colors. Also wear some nice heels (if open-toed, get that pedicure or give yourself one with pretty polish--I like various shades of pink). Women and men do look at feet/toes if they are in view. Also when you do your make-up (if you do wear make-up), use the lighter powder on your face first, then use a darker tone all around the edges of forehead and jawline. Don't use too much of the darker tone, it needs to look right.

Wearing dark colors helps., for example blue, black, brown, purple, dark red, or dark green.
Also, wearing shirts and pants with vertical stripes. it creates visual illusion which makes one look taller and skinnier.
Another thing that helps is avoiding skirts and sticking to bootcut pants. The popular right now slim leg jeans are not very flattering to women, unless they really do have very good slim figures.

i'm fascinated in stocky adult men, yet I relatively have dated a guy that weighed 148. there are ladies who like slender adult men, so carry on and locate one. specific, what counts on the interior is substantial; enable's admit, persons regularly head turn to what appeals to them. sturdy success. :)

wear less revealing clothing, maybe like long sweaters, JCPenney's has them for like $10. Find sumthin that isnt tight and is sorta loose but not too loose to make u look fat

well if you eat healthy than you get to look heathy so start just do somthing like run before playin and some stuff like that cuz that how i handle lookin tone

Wear loose long black works every time. As well as control top stockings & under garments...and long loose fitting tops, jackets etc.

body gurdles and support bras give you a silouette that makes you appear smaller and gives your hips and thighs a lift etc.
