Ok I am working on a science extra credit question and I need help finding the anwser.
Here is the question: What is the substitute used in low fat yogurt to make it taste good?
I need the anwser,copy of the article, and website found the anwser on.

Don't have it all but a little baking soda reduces the acid and changes it to a salt, then a little sugar it will taste good.

Not going to do your homework for you, but I'm guessing that they would have to add a heck of a lot more sugar/fructose/cornsyrup/honey - whatever sweetener.

Who cares. Low fat yogurt is not healthy so why bother.

get a bunch of interesting facts that have something to do with the digestive system and all the other stuff then get pictures of the stuff and like put them on the poster
