I have no idea what this question is asking can someone please help me?

You generally access programs from the Windows interface by using the "START" menu or by clicking on program icons located on the Windows Desktop.

The windows interface is your desktop. You can access programs in at least four ways.

1. Dbl click on a program icon on the desktop.

2. Navigate to your program using the start menu.

3. Start your program using the Start>Run dialog box.

4. Browse to your program using windows explorer.

Click Start, then All Programs will list all available applications on your system. I hope this is what you're looking for.
