Extremely so --We are very effected by what we think. We as human beings are supposed to take the rains of our minds and senses and control them. Animals can not control them very easily. If we want to come to the human platform we have to be like guards to a kings palace and don't let the unwanted in. If we know a thought is going to effect us negatively then we should not let it in. It just takes practice. The easiest way to control tye mind is to keep it fixed on a mantra. The Maha Mantra is the most recommended for this age. Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare one should say it loud enough to hear each syllable and focus on it It is considered the highest sound vibration there is and is spiritual. For more info Read the Bhagavad-Gita As it is by Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada There is so much infor on how to control the mind and senses and become liberated. Go to www.krishnaculture.com

All your behavior results from the thoughts that preceed it. What you see is evidence of what you believe, believe it and you'll see it. Thoughts, when properly nourished and internalized, will become a reality in your world of form. Thoughts are extremely powerful things!!!
