One of the people I know did this for fun, and I was like how the hell did you do that? He said he just could. I was wondering if I could get a more appropriate answer here.

I don't know how I do it. I don't have to think of something sad or happy, I just can; I used to do it for fun, but stopped when I started getting in trouble for it.

I don't know how to explain it, but it is like, changing the way you are thinking about things, your immediate feeling. You know how you feel when you go outside and though nothing has physically changed, it feels like fall. It's not changing happiness to sadness, just changing it to something other than what it should be feeling like. That seems really confusing, and it isn't just changing from happy to sad. Like how you feel during a school day compared to how you feel in the evening outside. It throws me off balance enough and I can start to feel it physically even though I'm not sad or happy. Then it becomes a matter of keeping that feeling going, and not holding back the tears. I think I'm just confusing everyone reading this. I tried, I tried.

Now there's a talent. If you're an actor that little trick would come in handy! I would have to think of something sad, and dig deep within myself to create some tears. But if you put an onion under my nose, you will get instant tears!!

Some people can just do that. I think they think about something sad, or something, and that triggers the feeling. I don't know. It's wierd, but people can really make themselves cry.
