Now if they gave me an ice cold shower and at the same time scratched my back then i would most definitely scream like a girl

I would scream like a little girl because I am one.
My soccer coach makes us take cold showers after practice and plenty of girls, me included, scream our heads off!

Heh - I wouldn't do either one, since it'd take more people than can fit into a bathroom to make me do it. Standing six foot one, with measurements of 58, 48, 50 and weighing in at 280 pounds - making me do something I don't want to do would have to involve gorilla tranquilizers >.< LoL.
Although most likely I'd bellow like an enraged bull.
