Thats simplified as far as it goes. u cant add apples and oranges. so your answer is. -3+2r. unless theres more to it then u put.

That's pretty simple.... tho I guess "2r-3" has one less + sign.

u can't. u can't add subtract or divide unlike terms. must be the same.u can only multiply unlike terms.
