Well, their lovely penguin mothers made them their suits, and being the gentlemen and gentlewomen that the penguins are, they weren't able to refuse... :-)

It was bloomin' Mary Poppins and her little chalk adventure. They used to look like a buzzard but ever since Mary Poppins and Hollywood and Disney they don't want to "take it off"... :)
