Through his family members, or just put the child support paperwork in and they should be able to find him, one way or another.

I'm wondering the same thing. I'm trying to find my daughters father too he was paying support then he was slacking so I reported him to the courts because I have a support order they suspend his drivers license until he paid what he owed then he hasn't paid again for 4 months now so I reported him again and they can't find him now like he fell off the earth. So I can't find him the courts can't find him either and I'm not in contact with his family either. So if you find out how to locate him and I can use the same method let me know please. Good Luck
