Some/all of these will neutralize red in the skin:
-Try a concealer that has a "cool" undertone.
-Use a green correcting concealer.
-Use VISINE Eye Drops. Put a few drops in your hands, and pat onto skin. Cover with foundation. (The ingredient that makes the little veins in your eyes contract does the same for the little veins in your skin. Great to take the redness out of pimples!)
If you are able, consult a dermatologist or an aesthetician about the redness in you skin if you haven't already. You may have a skin condition in it's early stages that might be controlled with the correct skin care program.

I use Arbonne's Personalizer. It looks like a compact, but the powder is green tinted. It goes on really sheer and neutralizes redness as well as controls oil. It's great and you can use it throughout the day for touch ups if you need to. It's a little on the expensive side, but a little goes a long way and it's worth it.

Spot treat with green concealer, and paint it with a thin brush, and tap it in to the upper layer of skin with your pinky. If it looks green, cover it with skin tone concealer with brush or one of those stick applicators. Tap it in. Then sweep on loose powder using a professional powder brush. Cleanse, exfoliate and moisturize before covering up... It makes it stick better.
If you get oily in the day, DON'T use a pressed powder and sponge - it cakes it up. Instead, use generic blotting paper, they are pretty much as good as your Lancome/Dior Beauty blotting papers.

Select a liquid makeup shade with a greenish tint (best coverage for redness). Apply with a sponge.
Hope that helps!
