actually, it's not illegal~ but if the kids are smart enough, or if the parents are smart enough, they will try to get harrassment charges on you, if u are persistant in the scaring of children. and u can get in a lot of trouble for it to. And by the way, what kind of question is this?

As long as you don't chase them an unreasonable distance, do anything suggestive/offensive/sexual, or physically touch them, I can't think it would be. That's how people get away wth Halloween.

Depending on what it may seem the intent is, yes, you could be charged with attempted _______. (you can fill in the blank).
