first of all i would be very weary, lets put it this way, they have a reputation of frauding people
secondly if u r still wanting to go ahead, i wouldnt, u must do your homework, reasearch this individual,
i was going to give you the number of the nigerian consulate in norway, but no luck, they dont have a representative there, so looks like i have saved u
