bum luck but sorry, Y! will not interfere with private leagues. commissioners have full jurisdiction over their leagues and have the tools to adjust any team's roster at any point for any week previous and in play....
Commissioner Tools > Edit Rosters
it sucks to have landed in a cheating private league but thems the breaks...public leagues usually has some lame players but at least if someone tries to cheat in there, then Y! can step in and lock their ***....Team Ducks....

I did not know that a commish had the power to do that. Is this guy a friend of yours? Post a message on the league board and get it out in the open for the other managers to see.

You gave a random person you never met $20 for a fantasy football league? Consider it a $20 lesson learned. Get some real friends and play for money if you want.

That was terribly written that but that is beside the point.
There is no one that you can really report it too.
Just send a league-wide email to the Commissioner detailing what happened (hopefully, in more clear fashion than what you wrote above).
"CC" the rest of the teams and indicate to him that everyone suspects of him of having doing this before.
Come up with an idea that he can't make any more roster moves for the rest of the season as punishment - have the league take up a vote.
If he doesn't agree or even admit what he did, ask for your money back.
The guy is a cheater, it's too bad. But you're going to have to find another league to play in. Or kick him out of the league next year and pick another commissioner.

First off, I get pissed to when commish's do that. BUT you joined his league in the first place and yahoo/ESPN/w/e is not going to care or do anything about it.

Report that cheater and hopefully he can never have a fantasy team again since he is a cheater that spoil the only football action most guys will ever see.

That really sucks. I'd email or call the Yahoo headquarters (presuming you are in a Yahoo league) and ask them if they can do anything.

I wouldn't play fantasy sports with him ever again, that's for sure. If others know he does this, why do they continue to play with him?
