This morning I dreamed this very thing. I was running from a girl (maybe a woman?) that I didn't know. I hid in an abandoned house. She almost found me but she didn't.
I was tormented by this dream because I was conscious that I was tossing and turning in the bed. I was still asleep but knew I was dreaming because I thought, "Just wake yourself up and stop this dream." and I did.

Perhaps you are frightened or wary about some circumstances in your life over which you feel you have no control, or feel powerless to change. If you have some big decisions coming up, this dream may be a manifestation of the situation you find yourself in. Whatever your choice may be, the hiding part would suggest that you would either rather not deal with the problem and hide, or that you need some more time to weigh your choices.

Do you have an issue in your life that is bothering you but you're not dealing with it? The female could be a representation of a person you know or a situation in your life that you're not willing to deal with. Running into the house could symbolize you retreating into yourself, and by doing that, not dealing with your problem at hand. Now I'm just guessing here. I could be so far off in left field! you might be having this dream because you are trying to escape from something. you might not know what it is yet, but you can only get these signs as i call it for a reason. and when you figure it out you, you will think that it was something stupid. so don't think that there is something wrong with you because there's not OK just think on it
