The history of plastic surgery reaches back to the ancient world. I'd say breast implants is the most popular surgery. Not sure what country engages in it the most, but the US does a lot.

Everybody has bolt ons (fake jugs), you see them everywhere!!! I am proud to say I have real boobs, not the kind you buy. I think that the US has the most cosmetic surgery only because that is what society pushes.
