Galactus is confronted by Dark Phoenix who after attacking him is convinced to serve him as his new herald. In this capacity she comes across a slumbering Unicron. Finding no life on him, but tremendous power she alerts Galactus. As he nears, Unicron awakes and attempts to consume Dark Phoenix. In the ensuing fight they both wound each other gravely. Dark Phoenix is knocked unconscious and Unicron reverts to his planet form to recover. During this time Galactus arrives and consumes Unicron! He gains more power then even HE could imagine! Then Dark Phoenix awakes and jealously attacks an empowed Galactus, who in turn utterly destroys her.
Only one cellestial being remains: Galactus.

I would have to say Dark Phoenix. In Excalibur vol.1 #25 Phoenix possessed the body of Rachel Summers and took her to the farthest parts of the universe to help her heal. While traveling she had a fight with Galactus who was in the midst of eating a planet. Phoenix fought him down over the fate of the planet. Galactus basically lost the fight but won the argument they had (you have to read the story for that detail). When Phoenix is good she's powerful, but when she's Dark Phoenix she's cataclysmic. In the story Phoenix beat a depleted Galactus. If she was Dark Phoenix she could kick Galactus butt whether he fed or not. With Dark Phoenix, Galactus is a dead man.

What would happen is that Dark Phoenix would go all out but lose due to the sheer intensity of the other two, bet she would take out a ton of stuff before going down. She would fight to the death but she would overpower and just get owned. Galactucus would then pretty easiliy destroy Unicron because he his a god like figure who could make Unicrom go Haywire. They could possibly take out a couple of planetst in the process, especially Unicron vs Galactucus and cause massive casualty.

Both Galactus and Unicron eat planets for breakfast.
Hmmmm.... I would like to see Galactus eat out Dark Phoenix.
Yeah, I would pay good money for that.

Winners none. the total combine power of all three of these beings would inevitably cause a time rip in the fabric of the universe and send them hurdling to parts unknown. That is if they didn't destroy the universe first.
