I talk to my boyfriend's friends and he talks to mine. Unless it's flirting, there's no problem - in fact, it's good. It really sucks when your partner and your friends don't get along.

I don't think the question is "should you be"...it's "are you?" because obviously you are. Figure out why first. Is this your own insecurity? Then no, you shouldn't be jealous.
Is your friend in the habit of wooing girls away from you? Then yes, that could be a problem. Is your GF too flirty and you're afraid she's flirting and not just talking? Then you have the wrong GF.
Remember, true love is not jealous. You must trust her and she must trust you in order for this to go anywhere.
