Can you put MSN onto your computer. If you already have it double click on the MSN icon then go into mail and you will be taken through the stages. That is what I did to the best of my recollection. Or get onto MSN and ask for advice. Use Micro soft Internet Explorer. It is not a silly question, one cannot know ever-thing.
